The prices on this website for our range of racing pigeon supplies , include vat at the current rate, are subject to change without notice but do not include shipping charges except where stated.

We accept card payments, sterling cash, postal orders and cheques for orders placed and payment can also be made via telephone with pay pal or card. There is a 6 working day clearance for cheques. If your sending payment details or I've sent payment details, please make sure they are inputted correctly, as I won't be held responsible for payments being sent to wrong accounts, and it will be up to yourself to rectify.
We aim to dispatch orders placed and paid for with cleared funds, goods being in stock, within 48 hours. Orders for goods that must be manufactured in our workshop may be dispatched within 15 working days. This waiting time can vary in our busy seasonal period between September and the following April.
Goods must be checked on receipt.
Any damage or loss must be reported within 3 working days of receipt or no compensation may be made. Goods shipped in self-assembly form incur lower carriage charges than assembled form but we offer the choice of both formats.
The national couriers and haulage companies we use request a signature for receipt of goods they deliver to our customers so please ensure there is someone home on the day of delivery.
We will endeavour to telephone or email ( with a tracking consignment number) customers on the day of shipping to advise an approximate day the goods are due to be delivered.
